- Your employer may access data you enter into the app.

- Your data is stored on secure servers in DigitalOcean (backend) and accessed through Vercel (frontend).
- Some user preferences may be stored on your device.
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

- Your data is retained for as long as your employer maintains your account.
- Users cannot delete their data directly. Employers are responsible for data deletion requests.
6. Children's Privacy
- Loom is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
- You can object to or restrict certain data processing.
