Welcome to Loom, a platform designed to help companies manage work-related tasks such as employee time tracking, holiday scheduling, and vehicle status. Loom is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product provided via web and mobile applications.

By accessing or using Loom, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the Service

  • Loom is intended for use by businesses and their employees.
  • You may only access Loom if you have been invited by your employer.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Loom.

2. User Accounts

  • Your employer creates or invites you to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. User Data

  • Loom collects your name, email, and optionally, your phone number.
  • Your employer may access the data you enter, such as task entries and time logs.
  • You agree that your employer has administrative control over your account.

4. Subscriptions

  • Loom operates on a subscription model selected by the company.
  • Pricing and payment terms will be presented before purchase.
  • We reserve the right to update subscription terms and notify administrators of changes.

5. Communications

  • By using Loom, you agree to receive transactional emails and push notifications relevant to your use of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content and software used in Loom is the property of Loom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

7. Termination

  • Your access may be suspended or terminated by your employer or by Loom if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Loom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for data loss or service outages beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
